Ventilation and operator-selected heating while the booth is being prepared. Dedicated setpoints for temperature, supply air and extract air.
PRISMATEC CONTROL BASIC / BOOTH CONTROL
A control system for the day-to-day operation of a spray booth. Temperature, ventilation, lighting and drying time in a single operator environment.

DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION
Each mode has its own temperature, fan and damper setpoints. Changing the settings and starting the cycle are separate actions.
Ventilation and operator-selected heating while the booth is being prepared. Dedicated setpoints for temperature, supply air and extract air.
Control of ventilation and temperature regulation during spraying. The operator sees the current values and can adjust the balance between supply and extract air.
Temperature regulation and a countdown from the start of the cycle. The active drying phase can be extended, with automatic ventilation once it ends.
OPERATOR PANEL
A single view brings together temperature, fan operation, the selected mode, cycle time and controller messages.
Setpoints for the individual modes, drying time and lighting control.
Cycle interruption and a message stating the cause of the alarm. A restart requires operator action.
Separate settings and diagnostics for maintenance staff. Access to service functions is protected by an installation code.
IMPLEMENTATION
CONTROL Basic can also be purchased complete with a control cabinet. We tailor the system configuration to the booth's equipment and mode of operation.
The operator panel supports German and English.
GOOD TO KNOW
Answers to questions about selecting and commissioning the system.
Yes, after checking the existing control system, drives, sensors, heating and safety circuits. The scope of the retrofit and the acceptance tests are agreed for the specific installation.
It is a standalone local booth control system. Extended licensing, the installation portal and PRISMATEC Connect services belong to CONTROL 2, which is currently in development.
We show the operating modes, changing parameters and using the panel, based on your booth configuration. The screens on this page show the CONTROL Basic interface with sample data.
