WORK ORGANISATION

A shared place for job execution information.

The job provides context for materials, completed work and reports. Data no longer has to remain in separate spreadsheets.

01

Jobs

Handling of vehicles, components and parts. Execution information and assigned material consumption.

02

Stock and deliveries

Records of paints, deliveries and issues. Assisted document entry through recognition of data from invoices.

03

Consumption and reports

Summaries of materials used in the work and data for environmental records, including VOC information.

04

Capacity planning

An equipment schedule and bookings linked to jobs. Information about scheduling conflicts makes it easier to plan subsequent jobs.

05

Job cost

Quotation, planned and actual labour hours, and material cost. A breakdown of internal cost and margin for a specific job.

06

Documents and material data sheets

Assisted import of data from cost estimates and TDS sheets. The operator checks the extracted information before it is saved.

EQUIPMENT DATA

See the booth in the context of the paint shop's work.

The view of a connected installation shows the transmitted parameters, operating status and alarms. The demo version lets you explore this flow using simulator data.

The scope of measurements depends on the sensors, the controller and the configured communication. The intended integration with PRISMATEC CONTROL and Scan2spray will extend the job history with the booth cycle and robotic process data.

  1. 01

    Take on the job

Specify the vehicle or part and the scope of work.

  2. 02

    Prepare the materials

Enter the delivery and record the issue from stock.

  3. 03

    Track execution

Combine operational information with available equipment data.

  4. 04

    Check consumption

Review the summaries and prepare a report.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before the first implementation.

Answers to questions about selecting and commissioning the system.

Do I need a connected booth to use it?

The work organisation and materials modules relate to paint shop data. The equipment view requires a separately configured integration; in the demo, the booth data comes from a simulator.

How does integration with recipe databases work?

The architecture provides for adapters to external databases. The current MIXIT module uses sample data; setting up a live connection requires agreement on access and the scope of integration.

Which languages does the application support?

The interface provides for Polish, German and English. The documentation covers record-keeping for PL / AT / DE; reporting configuration is tailored to the country and the obligations of the specific company.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROCESS
